The problem
Banco de Loja has been in the market for more than 50 years, and when it serves business banking, however the platform is outdated with an unfriendly interface.
Goal
The main goal was to optimize the navigation and transactional flows of the platform in a clear and intuitive way.
Results
Screens are designed to operate effortlessly, so that an action can be completed with only a minimal number of steps. The app feels nice and light. A digital onboarding process was designed so that the user can register without having to go to the bank. It has customizable actions so that the user defines their main actions. The implementation of authentication screens was contemplated to increase security in transactions.
